We sell digital information products including audit workbooks, templates, calculators, and diagnostic tools. All products are delivered digitally upon purchase. Products are designed as educational and operational tools; results depend on your implementation.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product materials for your own business or for servicing your clients. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the materials as a standalone product. Agency use (applying the tools to client accounts) is permitted.
All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at frederickjleal@gmail.com for a full refund. After 48 hours, all sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.
All content, templates, tools, and materials are the intellectual property of Operational Wordflow. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
Our products provide operational frameworks and diagnostic tools. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or outcomes. Results depend on your individual circumstances and implementation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operational Wordflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
