These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by Frederick Leal ("I", "me", "my"). By engaging my services or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Services

I provide design and development services including landing pages, quiz funnels, full funnel systems, CRM automation, and payment integration. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting points and may vary based on project scope. A final quote is confirmed before work begins. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due on delivery. Payment terms are confirmed in writing for each project.

Timelines

Delivery estimates (for example, 48 hours to one week) are made in good faith and depend on project scope and the timely delivery of content, access, and feedback from you. Delays in providing these may extend the timeline.

Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions within the agreed scope. Work that goes beyond the original scope may be quoted separately.

Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your project. I may use non-confidential aspects of the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party tools

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (such as Netlify, Meta, payment processors, and CRMs). These are governed by their own terms, and I am not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or policies.

Limitation of liability

I deliver work to a professional standard but cannot guarantee specific business results, conversion rates, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the project in question.
